"I called over the phone and spoke with a nice young lady named Sandra. My old insurance company prices (Safeco) were ridiculous. I spoke with Sandra about what I needed with my new policy and what I currently was paying. She was honest, understanding and explained things well. Upon coming into the office to finish the business we started over the phone. No surprises everything we spoke over the phone was true. The best part of it all, she got me better coverage (cars/ condo) and life insurance policies for the wife and I for half of what I was paying before. She's bilingual too, so nothing to worry about."
